The Road to Salvation
The Road to Salvation describes the journey of faith that leads to eternal life with God. Below are the key steps:
Recognition of Sin
1. Acknowledge Sinfulness – Recognize that everyone has sinned and fallen short of God’s standards (Romans 3:23).
2. Understand the Consequences of Sin – Sin separates us from God and leads to spiritual death (Romans 6:23).
Understanding Your New Life in Christ
1. Your Sins Are Forgiven – You are now cleansed and made right with God (2 Corinthians 5:17).
2. You Have Eternal Life – You have the assurance of spending eternity with God (John 3:16).
3. You Become a Child of God – You are now part of God’s family (John 1:12).
4. The Holy Spirit Lives in You – He helps, teaches, and strengthens you (Ephesians 1:13-14)
Living a Victorious Christian Life
1. Stay in God’s Presence – Worship and praise Him daily (Psalm 100:4).
2. Be Watchful and Prayerful – The enemy tries to distract you, so remain vigilant (1 Peter 5:8).
3. Develop Christian Character – Live out the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).
4. Serve God Faithfully – Use your gifts for His work (Romans 12:11).
The Importance of Water Baptism and the Holy Ghost Baptism
1. A symbol of dying to sin and rising with Christ (Romans 6:4).
2. An act of obedience to Jesus’ command (Matthew 28:19)
