Our Vision

The RCCG National Counseling Department seeks to provide Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and biblically sound guidance to individuals, families, and communities. Our vision is to see lives transformed, burdens lifted, and believers strengthened in faith through godly counsel, emotional healing, and scriptural wisdom.

Our Mandate

The department is mandated to:

1. Offer biblical counseling to individuals facing spiritual, emotional, marital, and personal challenges.

2. Train and equip counselors with biblical knowledge and professional counseling skills.

3. Provide guidance for new converts, helping them integrate into the body of Christ and grow spiritually.

4. Offer pre-marital, marital, and family counseling to strengthen Christian homes.

5. Support individuals dealing with addiction, trauma, grief, and life crises through scriptural-based solutions.

6. Work in collaboration with RCCG ministries and parishes to ensure holistic spiritual and emotional well-being of members.

History

The RCCG National Counseling Department was established as part of the church’s vision to provide holistic support for members beyond spiritual teachings. Recognizing the need for structured and biblically sound counseling, the department was created to address the emotional, marital, and psychological needs of believers. Over the years, it has grown into a dynamic ministry, offering specialized training for counselors and developing resources to assist individuals in overcoming life’s challenges through faith.

Through its work, the department continues to play a vital role in fostering spiritual growth, healing broken relationships, and guiding believers toward a closer walk with God.
